The Westside
Quest mens team is available for ministry inside the prison environment. The team plays a game against the prison inmates, shares the Gospel message and then distributes Bibles and tracts to each inmate.

GOALKEEPER TRAINING
The goalkeeper is an integral part of any team, yet rarely is sufficient training time devoted to improving the technical and tactical abilities of players in this position. In an effort to address this situation, Sports Quest has developed a training program specifically for goalkeepers. From fundamental techniques to advanced tactics, the program is designed to challenge and educate all goalkeepers, regardless of their current level of play. Training is provided free of charge to current "Westside Quest" goalkeepers.
UNDER 10 DEVELOPMENT
The Under 10 Development Program provides an introduction to the playing environment experienced at the under 11 level and beyond. On a full-sized field and in an 11 v 11 setting, practical instruction focuses on key topics such as "principles of play", "positional play" and "systems of play". Throughout the program, players are encouraged to "experience" the new demands of 11-a-side soccer (more space more players, more running!) without constant interference from the trainer. Rather, major coaching issues are addressed during the 3 to 4 stoppages (akin to a half time talk) within the game. For the most part, the game is viewed as the teacher in this informative and fun training program.
SCHOOL TRAINING
Sports Quest offers its soccer training services to Houston area schools upon request. Currently, Sports Quest provides training to players at Cypress Christian School and St. Agnes Academy [photos

SOCCER BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Sports Quest provides an exciting alternative to the "traditional" style birthday party. Soccer fun and games, as well as special gifts are all a part of the birthday party package. Indoor or outdoor, the soccer party is a birthday to remember for everyone!
