Personal Training
The Sports Quest Personal Training Program is designed to improve the individual techniques of young players through repetetive, challenging and carefully constructed training progressions. Sessions are provided upon request (pending trainer availability), and last a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes in duration. The content of a Personal Training session is determined in one of two ways:
- The player stipulates a specific area of weakness and Sports Quest addresses this weakness through relevant drills and training exercises
- Sports Quest implements its own Personal Training Curriculum which promotes technical excellence in the major soccer techniques
The cost of a Personal Training session is $25 per 30 minutes.
Session "packages" include:
(a) 10 sessions: $220 (includes free Sports Quest T-Shirt & soccer ball)
(b) 5 sessions: $115
(c) 3 sessions: $70

The Personal Training sessions have been so positive and the results so obvious that I am compelled to provide this positive feedback.
Matt's Miller's work with Brett has been both professional and personal. He made a quick evaluation of Brett's skill level and began the teaching/coaching process immediately. There has been a very high work rate and rate of repetition in the sessions, yet Matt has provided Brett with positive feedback on each rep. and given concise and direct coaching instruction. The boy is thriving on it! On the way home last night, he couldn't stop talking about how much fun the training is.
Brett has played recreational soccer for 7 yrs, and this year made his school team. Never has he had anything like, even remotely resembling, the kind of skill training he's getting from Sports Quest. If only we had learned about you earlier. We have sessions scheduled for the next two Tuesdays and will no doubt want to schedule more.
