Under 10 Development Program
"Bridging the gap between small-sided and 11-a-side soccer"

In partnership with Westside Soccer Club, Sports Quest is hosting a six weeks coaching course for players looking to play competitive soccer at the Under 11 level in the fall 2006. All sessions are FREE!
Players should complete the registration form

) and bring it with them to their first session.
The teaching environment is designed to develop an understanding of the game through small-sided games and full-field scrimmages.
Tactical instruction
will focus on the Principles of Play
in specific team formations (systems).
Individual technical training and "drills" will not
be a part of the Under 10 Development Program.

Sessions will be held on Bear Creek fields 20 and 21.
Since each training session will build upon the previous session, players are encouraged to attend each week to maximize learning.
